Pretty Petty’s Poem for Kids
Hey kids, this issue is just for you! We’re Amanda, James, Anna, Jesselyn, Abdul, Tim, and Rick; we’re poets. Anna will take over this issue. This is a part of our poetry business. With these poems, we’re going to TRY to teach you English.
This is a Freestyle. Enjoy.
Taree
By-Amanda D. Petty
Flying with heart arrows.
Wearing a diaper.
Driven by jealousy,
Hurting each time I see a couple.
I shoot my heart arrow to a tree and a car.
They fall in love, they got married.
The tree got a “bun” in the truck.
Nine weeks, the bun is a tire with bark.
The happy couple named:
Taree.
We want to thank you for reading this.
